Enter the Magic Map of Focus; Our simple yet effective tool to help you prioritise your wellbeing and make sense of where to get started on your journey to wellbeing.

Enter the Magic Map of Focus; Our simple yet effective tool to help you make sense of where to get started on your journey to wellbeing.

    Now, you might be thinking, I’m no Harry Potter so how on earth do I use this Magic Map of Focus?

    Step 1: Define Your Vision

    Before embarking on any journey, knowing your destination is key. Take a moment to reflect on who you want to become. Envision the future you!

    Step 2: Map Your Actions

    Now, let’s dive into the heart of the map. Consider the actions you currently take in your life. On the map, categorise these actions based on two factors: 

    Alignment to Your Vision: From least aligned to most aligned.

    Ease of Implementation: From easiest to hardest.

    Step 3: See your Focus

    Your focus actions will magically appear in the top right of the quadrant.

    That’s it! Yep, you’re all done.

    Why It Works: 

    Clarity & Focus: By visually mapping your actions, you gain clarity on what aligns most with your vision. This allows you to focus your energy on what truly matters.

    Strategic Prioritisation: Identify 3-4 actions that are both highly aligned with your vision and relatively easy to implement. These become your initial focus—your stepping stones to transformation.

    Manageable Steps: Instead of overwhelming yourself with numerous changes, the Magic Map encourages a manageable approach, ensuring sustained progress.

    Remember, this journey is uniquely yours, and the Magic Map of Focus is here to guide you. Your actions shape your destiny, and with this tool, you have the power to make each step purposeful.
