    Island Poké launches ‘Island Hopping’

Island Poké has announced the launch of its Island Hopping series – a new monthly wellness programme, which will bring together movement, mindfulness and nourishing food. In collaboration with some of London’s most exciting wellness communities, Island Hopping will see a series of curated events take place across Island Poké venues. Each month will focus on a different discipline, including Running, Padel, and Pilates, with a rotating calendar of fitness-fuelled activations, designed to help Londoners move, refuel, and reconnect.

Kicking things off on 6th September, Island Poké will partner with Arc Community and Cadence to host a high-energy run club. The session includes a 6k run from Arc, Canary Wharf, followed by a guided free-flow recovery session at Arc moving between sauna, ice baths and breathwork, topped off with an Island Poké goodie bag, featuring the brand-newly-launched Recovery Bowl.

Created with feel-good function in mind, the Recovery Bowl is packed with anti-inflammatory and gut-friendly ingredients to help you recharge post-workout. Choose from Island Poké’s signature brown rice or mixed greens base, with salmon, avocado, kimchi, edamame and seaweed toppings, finished with a miso and turmeric dressing. The Recovery Bowl will be available in-store throughout the three-month wellness series, with a special bundle including a Cadence drink. A loyalty card scheme will also be in place, enabling customers to collect stamps for every purchase of a Recovery Bowl or attendance at Arc classes. Four stamps will earn 20% off an Arc session, while eight stamps will earn a free Recovery Bowl.

Each Island Hopping monthly series will also feature its own colour theme and exclusive piece of merchandise, tied to the specific activity and location. Poké and fitness fans will, therefore, be able to collect a different piece of branded gear as they hop around the different Islands.

The Arc Community collaboration will be followed later in September by a run club with Sunnie Runners at Island Poké Kingly.

Tickets and sign-up details for each event will be available via the Arc website – spaces are limited to 80 and priced at £29 per ticket. All future Island Hopping events will be priced at £5.00
