Every Thursday, CopperBay turns up the energy by hosting a DJ night. We were lucky enough to catch a retro-themed set, with vinyl records spinning all evening. This unique musical backdrop, paired with the bar’s exceptional offerings, made for an unforgettable night.
Now, let’s talk cocktails. The menu is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, delivering a delightful fusion of flavors. We explored several options, but two truly stood out. The Tapenade, from the entry section, is a salty cocktail featuring olives and capers—an ideal way to kick off the evening. Then there was the Tahini Sour, a creative twist on the classic sour, offering a balanced mix of sweet and tart with a silky, foamy finish. It was a definite highlight!
The small plates were equally impressive. The toast with magret de canard and Roquefort was rich and satisfying. But the standout dish was the raw marinated gambas with a zesty mango sauce—an absolute must-try!
