Culture measurement platform – Culture15 – announces second of three innovative AI launches

Following the launch of its already successful AI verbatim feature earlier this year, culture measurement platform, Culture15, has announced the latest in AI innovation.

Designed to help organisations measure and manage culture in actionable ways, the SaaS platform has now been enhanced by the second in a trio of AI revolutions to be announced this year: Culture15’s summarisation feature.

The September AI verbatim release made it possible to capture accounts of organisational culture in their natural, narrative form – written or spoken – using pioneering large language model (LLM) technology to converting responses into quantitative insights.

The new summarisation tool adds value to this, automatically analysing written and spoken input – collected through the Culture15 platform in any one of 30 languages – to identify key themes, patterns and sentiments.

This latest enhancement strengthens Culture15’s already proven ability to drive strategic cultural action, bringing the company’s suite of AI capabilities up to an impressive total of seven – including two carefully designed LLMs.

It all powers Culture15’s overarching goal of empowering organisations to align culture with strategy for better business outcomes, based on its first-of-its-kind platform-provided insights.

By generating a clearer picture of organisational culture, the AI summarisation tool enables leaders to pinpoint exactly where employee sentiment aligns with overarching company goals and where it might deviate. They can then implement informed measures to bridge the gap, with the tool transforming what was complex, qualitative feedback into trackable, measurable action.

This latest announcement follows a period of significant achievement for Culture15, which has been shortlisted for both the UK Business Tech Awards and InfoWorld Awards (outcomes pending) in the last few months.

Speaking about the latest development, Culture15’S product manager explains, “Leveraging the latest improvements in AI, we’ve transformed how organisations measure culture by analysing thousands of employee comments in real time, delivering deep actionable insights”.

“Our startup is always looking towards future developments and the team is keen to add value for our users wherever it can”, confirms Culture15’s Founder, Charlie Coode, who states, “Culture15 is all about tracking, measuring and managing culture with quantitative metrics – turning the fuzzy into the tangible and the qualitative into the concrete in order to give leaders the understanding they need to align their cultures with their organisation’s strategic goals, through concrete actions. By incorporating the latest advancements in AI summarisation, combined with real-time verbatim and sentiment analysis – all in a platform that can interpret most major native languages – we’re adding to that capability, giving businesses a new layer of insight that brings them one step closer to cultural alignment – unlike any other insights the business world has ever seen”.
