With the average cost of moving home rising to more than £12,000* in 2024, the process of buying a home can feel like a significant financial commitment. However, it’s about more than just the expense—it’s about that life-changing moment that define a new chapter. A new home represents a space where memories are made, families grow, and futures are built.
On a mission to help alleviate some of the costs for those looking to reserve a home this autumn, L&Q is offering a £500 IKEA voucher, plus exclusive offers on a wide selection of homes across the country – from riverside apartments in commuter towns through to contemporary homes in the capital.
Between 9th September – 13th October, customers who reserve at one of the eligible developments can benefit from these exclusive offers, to help homeowners furnish their new space and really make it their own.
