To celebrate the start of the Christmas season, Boursin® is launching the ‘Care-staurant’, a limited-time festive pop-up dining experience in the heart of London on Saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st December. In support of the charity FoodCycle*, guests will enjoy a four-course, restaurant-quality meal for just a £5 donation, which Boursin® will triple to provide meals for those in need**.
Inspiring unity through the warmth and simple pleasures of shared food and community spirit, the Christmas dining experience will serve up a modern twist on Christmas classics. The menu showcases the irresistible taste and versatility of Boursin® Cheese for just £5, with donations tripled and donated by Boursin on your behalf to FoodCycle – a charity dedicated to feeding people who might be hungry and lonely in our communities with surplus food that would otherwise go to waste.
Set in an intimate, festive setting, at Fare restaurant based in Old St, London***, the experience invites food lovers to discover new ways of enjoying Christmas staples, enhanced by the creamy, indulgent flavours of Boursin®. Designed to captivate taste buds, this pop-up experience offers a unique way to give back to those in need this busy season.
The exclusive menu elevated by Boursin® has been thoughtfully crafted by talented chef, Jon Watts. Having discovered a passion for cooking while participating in rehabilitation programs at a young offenders’ institute, Jon understands the unique power of food in bringing people together, a realisation that marked a profound turning point in his life.

Festive Smoked Salmon Bruschetta: Delicate smoked salmon layered with Boursin® Garlic & Herbs, capers, and micro cress

Main Course:
Christmas Risotto: Velvety risotto rice with creamy Boursin® Garlic & Herbs, Brussels sprouts, pancetta, and chestnuts
