US comedian Gianmarco Soresi is crossing the pond once again, bringing his sharp, self-deprecating humour to London’s Leicester Square Theatre on 5th & 6th June as part of the UK leg of his Drama King tour. But this time, the trip isn’t just about comedy—he’s also scoping out his future in Britain.
“My girlfriend is a British citizen, so this whole tour is more of an exploration of our options post-America,” Soresi jokes. “BUT I was also positively overwhelmed by the turnout my last time in the UK, and I’m looking forward to teaching more British people how to laugh.”
If his growing fanbase is anything to go by, Brits already love what he has to offer. With over 1 million subscribers on YouTube, nearly 1 million followers on TikTok, and more than half a million on Instagram, Soresi’s relatable, high-energy style is resonating worldwide.
Fresh from recording his first stand-up special in Los Angeles, the comedian continues to mine his chaotic family, ADHD diagnosis, and cultural observations for material. Whether he’s unpacking his girlfriend’s coriander aversion, tackling America’s historically inaccurate museums, or theorising where people should be allowed to take their shirts off, one thing’s certain—you won’t see the punchline coming.
Named one of Deadline’s Comedians Ready to Break Out in 2025 and a Vulture Comedian You Should and Will Know, Soresi’s rise has been meteoric. He’s performed stand-up on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Comedy Central, and Don’t Tell Comedy, acted alongside Billy Crystal, and even appeared on The Real Housewives of New York (a career highlight, surely).
Now, he’s bringing his signature blend of dark comedy and upbeat delivery to London, ready to win over more British fans—and possibly a UK visa. Don’t miss your chance to catch Drama King in action this June.
Tickets for Gianmarco Soresi’s Leicester Square Theatre shows on 5th & 6th June are available now.
