Once again, Workspace Design Show: An ever-expanding hub of innovation, collaboration, and industry success, brought together the best in the industry. With a record number of visitors, the show welcomed over 5000+ workplace professionals from more than 40 countries, showcasing an impressive array of 500+ innovative products, an incredible speaker programme and breathtaking features.

Visitors were greeted by an immersive Entrance Feature, crafted by Sheppard Robson. This striking installation combined animated silhouettes, reflective surfaces, and natural textures, creating a playful space that emphasised well-being and sensory engagement.

The Insights Lounge, designed by Ryder Interiors and sponsored by Umbrella, was a constant hub of activity throughout the event, hosting the hugely popular Sustainability Talks on day one and Occupiers forum on day two. Inspired by nautical themes, the lounge featured an eye-catching wave installation that formed the stage, making it one of the show’s standout highlights.

Collin Burry, Design Principal at Gensler London and a panelist, shared his enthusiasm:
“Unlike typical trade shows that focus solely on manufacturers and designers, this event uniquely involves end users and clients. I highly recommend attending next year—it gets better every time, thanks to our collective participation and celebration of the industry.”

Sonia Lamesa Pina, EMEA Workplace Design Manager, Amazon commented “I’d 100% recommended, a fun way to meet with architects and new vendors” with Beatriz Garcia, UK Manager, Expormim adding, “We keep coming back, a great show for us to meet architects, studios, end clients and procurement agencies, really good quality people”.

The incredible Design Talks Lounge, designed by Gensler and sponsored by Umbrella, took the form of an illuminated grand fabric circle, suspended above the stage, mimicking the sun. The stage was alive with conversation, as industry thought leaders delved into emerging trends, case studies, and future workplace innovations.

Amber Luscombe, Senior Development Manager at Oxygen and a featured speaker, captured the show’s energy, saying: “There is a fantastic buzz, it’s super busy, with a vast array sustainable and interesting products on display.”

Hoare Lea’s ‘Sense of Space’ offered a unique mixed-media showcase exploring how sensory environments impact mental and physical well-being. Meanwhile, Peldon Rose injected a pop of pink into the event with a vibrant mood board contest area, drawing in creative visitors who curated a whole host of mood boards.

The Innovation Zone was another major attraction, spotlighting next-generation workplace products that push the boundaries of design and functionality, all championing sustainable, reusable, and renewed materials.

The ReClaimed Lounge & Bar, designed by M Moser Associates, was a popular destination that provided a welcoming retreat for attendees to relax, network, and enjoy refreshments throughout the day.

The Workspace Design Talks covered a diverse range of pressing industry topics, including:

    • International Workplace Trends & Their Influence on UK Workspaces – hosted by Jenn Celesia (Kindred), with panelists from Mecanoo, IDOM, and Squire & Partners.
    • Inclusivity by Design – Balancing Functionality, Aesthetics & Workforce Diversity – led by Alys Bryan (Design Insider), featuring experts from Umbrella, Siren Design, Gensler, and The FA Premier League.
    • Sustainability & AI: ‘Kill or Cure?’ – moderated by Helen Parton, with panelists from Perkins&Will, Siren Design, StudioNWA, and Scott Brownrigg.

This year marked the launch of the Workplace Wellbeing Hero Award, celebrating individuals who have made a tangible impact on workplace culture through selflessness, compassion, and perseverance. The inaugural winners were:

    • Steve Fitch (Managing Director, OFL) – Recognised for his work furnishing the Helen Bamber Foundation Centre, securing over £500,000 in donations from 20+ companies.
    • Oliver Heath (Director, Oliver Heath Design) – Honoured for his dedication to workplace well-being through biophilic design.
    • Veronica Giordano (Project Manager, CBRE GWS) – Acknowledged for her commitment to well-being initiatives, career coaching, volunteering, and fundraising for social causes.

No Workspace Design Show would be complete without its iconic networking party. Sponsored by Mute, the lively event brought together attendees, exhibitors, architects, and designers for an evening of connection, conversation, and celebration.

As the Workspace Design Show continues to grow each year, its success is a testament to the creativity, passion, and innovation within the industry. Workspace Design Show will return from 25 – 26 February 2026 at the Business Design Centre in London.
