City Lit, the renowned adult education provider in Covent Garden, has unveiled its latest initiative – the ‘Dreamed It. Did It.’ campaign – designed to inspire adults to reconnect with their childhood ambitions and make them a reality. With a focus on retraining, rediscovering, and reigniting passions, City Lit is calling on individuals to pursue long-held dreams, whether that means learning a new language, exploring the creative arts, or mastering a completely new skill.

The campaign highlights real-life success stories of adults who have turned their dreams into reality through City Lit’s diverse range of courses. Among them is Shani, who always dreamed of becoming a writer and is now a published author, and Geoff, who transformed his passion for French into a career as a French-speaking tour guide. There’s also Wendy, who discovered her talent as an illustrator and is currently working on her debut children’s picture book, and Chaachi, whose love for singing has led her to perform in plays, concerts, cabarets, and pantomimes across London. Through these inspiring stories, City Lit aims to show others that it’s never too late to pursue and achieve the dreams you once held as a child.

“At City Lit, we believe that the dreams we hold onto as children are powerful guiding forces in our lives. The ‘Dreamed It. Did It.’ campaign is our way of helping people reconnect with those early passions,” says Gordon Chi, Director of Marketing, PR & Communications at City Lit. “Our courses provide the skills, confidence, and community support that can turn childhood dreams into reality.”

Whether your dream was to speak a second language, become an artist, take up a musical instrument, or perform on stage, City Lit offers an extensive selection of courses that cater to those goals. By providing flexible, adult-centred education, City Lit ensures that anyone, regardless of age or background, has the opportunity to pursue and achieve their ambitions.

The ‘Dreamed It. Did It.’ campaign encourages adults from all walks of life to revisit their aspirations and take the steps necessary to bring them to life. With hundreds of courses on offer, City Lit is dedicated to helping you rediscover your passions and reach your full potential.

For more information on how to enrol and start your journey toward achieving your childhood dreams, visit the City Lit website.
