Hiring activity within the marketing industry has dropped dramatically following a record-breaking 12 months last year, according to new research from the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo), the trade association for the professional recruitment sector. Birgit Schyns, Distinguished Professor of People & Organisations at NEOMA, and co-authors analysed survey data on workers in the UK education sector during the COVID-19 pandemic.
