Adagio continues its Parisian expansion and opens a new aparthotel in Boulogne-Billancourt, in the heart of a dynamic eco-district

The Adagio Original Paris Boulogne aparthotel opened its doors today. It offers 101 apartments with amenities, including 78 studios (surface area of 18-26 m2) and 23 one-bedroom apartments (surface area of 26 to 39 m2). Many apartments have a terrace or balcony, ensuring you can make the most of the surrounding setting, a true green setting in the city.

The location of the Adagio Original Paris Boulogne makes this establishment very appealing: it is located at the gates of the capital, in the heart of the Trapèze eco-district. This is one of the largest certified eco-districts in France, testimony to Boulogne’s industrial past, bringing together many tertiary sector activities, including company headquarters and shops within a verdant setting. The Seine Musicale, Roland-Garros and the Parc des Princes are in the immediate vicinity. Public transport, notably lines 9 and 15 of the metro, provide a connection with the entire Parisian network.

Born from the ambitious restructuring of an existing building, the Adagio Original Paris Boulogne aparthotel takes inspiration for its interior design from the nearby Seine. The symbolic river is detailed through the visuals in the apartments, the color and curves of the furniture and even the tiling. These choices, coupled with the quality of the materials and furniture used, contribute to the friendly atmosphere of the place, ideal for both business customers, opting for a long stay, and individuals, wishing to visit Paris with family.

Like all Adagio aparthotels, the Adagio Original Paris Boulogne offers its customers all the advantages of an apartment and all the benefits of a hotel, with services available 24/7. The “Circle” provides common spaces for everyone to have fun, learn, as well as access to both the fitness and laundry areas. It also includes a kids corner, designed specifically to keep children entertained. The “Circle” also offers a library of utility or decorative objects allowing everyone to personalise their apartment for the duration of their stay. A car park with charging stations for electric vehicles as well as a large patio opening onto biodiverse green area completes the services at Adagio. It really feels like home!

“The opening of the Adagio Original Paris Boulogne, a few days before the Olympic and Paralympic Games, is very symbolic. It shows our ambition for development. Everything Adagio can be found here: high-quality services, a design inspired by the local setting, an assumed urban and modern identity. Everything is gathered to fully experience the city! All my thanks go to the Kermen company which, in addition to that of Vincennes, will operate this fabulous site”

    Xavier Desaulles, CEO Adagio
